Onsite Design, Manufacturing, and Quality ControlAll HVAC products and solutions are manufactured in this facility. However, diffusion / ducting systems for Asian/European projects in power and other process industries may be manufactured outside North America to take advantage of local price structure, provided the quality norms are met. The critical 3-dimensional diffusion system / components would be manufactured in M&I's facility and will be integrated with the rest of the ducting system that will sourced from the local market. Design, engineering, project management and quality control would be handled from M&I's facility in Canada.M&I has over 165 employees with varying experience and they bring a wide range of diversified skills to the shop floor. Our certified welders, fitters, mechanics, and other technicians have undertaken numerous demanding projects and have been able to meet the schedule and quality requirements. M&I has the capability to manufacture both heavy section steel and sheet metal fabrication, and has the necessary welding and product testing capabilities. We assure the highest quality in operations through our processes and standards in order to meet industry requirements. Since every product M&I designs is custom built, the Quality Assurance process is organized to take care of variations between different projects and care is taken right from material receipt to testing of final assembly. M&I conducts tests in-house with certified electronic instruments and testing equipment. Testing is done to meet the customer's requirements. For noise testing, both the sound power level and sound pressure level is tested over a frequency range of 60 - 8000 Hz with a Pulse system unit.  Strong Engineering and Technical Teams M&I has a highly qualified team of experts who are capable of conducting flow modeling of complicated geometries. This flow modeling approach helps M&I develop accurate Aero-acoustic solution for customers. M&I employs the latest version of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software and other 3-D mathematical modeling techniques for analysis and development of solutions, which is an accurate tool for comparison of existing V/s M&I's solution. Featured in the manufacturing facility are various demonstration units through which one can judge the merits of M&I's innovative technology and benefits thereof. In particular, these units demonstrate streamlined airflow movement, pressure drop reduction, sound attenuation, and reduced vibrations in the system in a very compact layout.
